Start by making lists of your needs and wants. Set a budget with a housing allotment. Choose a lender, get pre-approved for a loan and your price point for purchasing a home. Now you are ready to start hunting for a house.

Search for your dream home on our website using any device you prefer. You can compare homes, save your favorites, compare schools, and learn the neighborhood details for different listings.

Making an Offer and Closing

We’re with you until the end!

When you find a home you love, we will help you write and submit an offer. We are skilled negotiators with over 45 years experience as Realtors® that know how to get you the best price and value possible.

We do a CMA or professional Comparative Market Analysis to determine the Current Market Value. Or you can request an INSTANT Home Value, which is a quick estimate of your home’s value in the current real estate market.

A price to offer is decided by the buyers with advice from your real estate agents, the Martin Group. We will help you write your Offer to Purchase Contract and present it to the sellers’ real estate agent.

Once an offer has been accepted, we’ll help you navigate through inspections, appraisals, making them as stress free as possible. We do all of this at no cost to you, the buyer, as we are compensated by the sellers.

Next stop would be the closing table where the contract is reviewed and money is given to mortgage broker or homeowner and the title search is also reviewed. This is the settlement of the contract.

Then it’s time to get the keys, move in, and make lasting memories in your new home. We’re so happy that you trusted us to help you through this exciting process.
